Steven Gustafson

Unfortunately for me, it was a buyers market for a variety of reasons out of Steve's control. Steve assessed and estimated the best strategy to get a sell in a buyers market. He did, got the sell, and I am satisfied.

At 65 year old, I have bought and sold many houses in my life as a 42 year veteran and civil servant and I rank Steve Gustafson #1 of all real estate agents I've worked with. I've already recommended him to friend who is also looking to move and will continue to do so! I had some financial challenges with my latest purchase, but Steve solved them so I was able to successfully close on the property.
