Kathi Philpot

Kathy was and professional in our dealings. She was very communicative and responsive. Overall, we were very satisfied with Kathy's representation.

Kathi was knowledgeable about the market, kept the process moving, and was there to help when needed. I appreciate her efforts in getting the house sold and would recommend her to others looking to sell their home.

Kathi is an amazing communicator - keeping us updated and on track each step of the process. Not to mention she is just plain fun to work with! Kathi went above and beyond to track down answers to all our questions about our new home!

When my husband and I decided to move home to Colorado, I instantly knew that Kathi would be the best choice to be our realtor. We had a ton of questions and Kathi was very responsive and helpful. Kathi is not only knowledgeable, communicative, and motivated, she is also super fun to be around!
